• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

Weather Cancellations

If BananaBoat Rentals cancels your trip due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before departure at no charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are treated as cancellations per the timeline above.
